Follow-up consultations after more than 6 months from your last appointment will need to be treated as new consultations.

If, within 4 weeks of your last appointment you have questions relating to this consultation, they can be emailed and Dr. Thomas will endeavour to respond within 3 working days. If the concerns relate to a new problem or a progression of the problem that may require assessment, please book a follow-up appointment.

Repeat prescriptions between visits: £50 (one repeat prescription between appointments so that medications can be monitored)

Medication monitoring: £150 - 10 minute follow up appointments for those stable on medications like isotretinoin, spironolactone, cyclosporine or methotrexate)

Cancellation
Early cancellations (greater than 48 hours before your appointment): Not charged. 

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your appointment): The first occurrence will not be charged, however after a second occurrence, payment for missed clinics and for future appointment will need to be taken before further bookings can be secured.
